Here are the Terms and Conditions which you should read about before purchasing anything here.
1) I only do MEETUPS, because I do not want to be responsible for anything that goes wrong in postage.
2) All meetups are subjected to my convenience too, and I only do meetups in MRT stations, prefably from Clementi MRT station to Redhill Mrt Station, any other MRT stations will be subjected to my availability too.
3) I am okay with negotiations, they just have to be reasonable. Trades are fine too.
4) Please do not MIA on the day of the meetup, or not you will be blacklisted. If you want to reschedule or cancel, inform me at least an hour before the meetup.
5) I STRICTLY do not do Refunds.
6) Color of the item may also differ from what you see on screen, depending on the color intensity of the screen. Some pictures shown are different from the actual piece that I am selling. This pictures are just to show detail. Color and other embellishments may differ from what is shown on the pictures.
7) I will TRY to accede to all requests.

9) Buying takes priority over trades.
10) Trades are also done with the selling price of the item. Whatever that you are trading with me has to be equivalent with mine. E.g, if the cost of one item that you are trading with me is not equivalent to mine, you can top it up with one more item.
11) All items are also of the utmost excellent quality unless stated, in which you can ask for more pictures.
12) If a meetup is conducted, you are OBLIGED to buy the item, or you will be blacklisted.
Viewing of items are done at my void deck only.
13) Please do reply back even if you’re passing. My mail is stated above. Please also do not bombard me with 101 questions if your just passing. I’m sorry if this sounds rude but it’s just incredibly annoying, especially when I am busy.
14) By purchasing anything from me, this means that you have read my terms and conditions and that you accept it. I shall not be responsible for anything that goes wrong.
15)Please be notified that the free gifts are for the buying customers ONLY, not for people doing trades.
16)I’m really sorry if the rules here are too harsh but these are to prevent any MIA people or bad encounters.
